Before you write
- Someone is missing from my grid
- Both phones need location access on at the moment you saw each other. If one of you had it off, there is nothing to show.
- Someone disappeared from my grid
- Moments expire after 24 hours by design. Once one is gone it cannot be brought back.
- You want to delete your account
- You can do it in the app without asking us. Write to the privacy address if anything is left behind.
